Job description

Overview

Herr Pedersen & Berglund's Hanford office, focusing on estate planning and probate, has an opening for an in-office student, graduate and / or paralegal.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting clients in development and implementing strategies for the management and distribution of their assets after death or incapacitation, drafting wills, trust and powers of attorney.
  • This position has immediate responsibility and regular client contact.
  • Work directly with the firm's experienced estate planning / probate partner.

Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates must possess excellent writing and legal analysis skills, the ability to follow specific instructions, attention to detail and be well-organized.

    • Compensation

    Compensation : Competitive pay and benefits. Salary range : $22-$26, DOE and negotiable.
