As Director of IT, you will lead the strategic vision and operational execution for an organization’s internal technology function. You will oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and internal systems to ensure performance, scalability, and security, while fostering a high-performing team culture. This role balances hands-on problem-solving with executive-level decision-making, partnering across departments to optimize workflows and enable business growth. You will drive system integration, governance, and incident response processes, ensuring technology supports both current and future needs. The position is ideal for a seasoned IT leader with deep experience in enterprise applications, network infrastructure, and IT operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Accountabilities

• Oversee corporate network infrastructure, end-user computing, service desk operations, and endpoint security.
• Manage identity and access management platforms and endpoint management tools.
• Lead ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other core business applications, ensuring seamless integration and reliability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, reporting, and business processes.
• Drive high availability, incident response, and disaster recovery readiness across enterprise systems.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and SLAs to ensure cost efficiency and innovation.
• Implement IT governance, ITSM best practices, and scalable support workflows.
• Hire, coach, and develop IT and enterprise applications staff while fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
