We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized Office Manager to be the heartbeat of our JanSport team. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and loves bringing people together. You'll support the Vice President, Brand Management with travel and expenses, orchestrate team events, and help foster a culture of connection and celebration.

Let's break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

  • Manage travel arrangements and expenses for the VP, Brand Management
  • Provide calendar support and assist with meeting logistics as needed
  • Plan and execute internal sales meetings, including venue selection, agenda creation, onsite logistics, and budget
  • Coordinate brand team events
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of engagement initiatives
  • Lead engagement initiatives to boost team morale and connection
  • Organize volunteer opportunities and community engagement days
  • Manage requests for product donations and gifting initiatives
  • Liaise with external partners and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Track inventory and maintain records of donations
  • Project help when needed

  • Hiring Range : $55,296.00 USD - $69,120.00 USD annually

    Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
