Essential Functions :

• Leads, guides, and directs construction personnel in execution of daily duties and responsibilities according to established protocols and procedures.
• Schedules team's activities. Understands and utilizes each individual's strengths to establish daily goals for production and efficiency optimization.
• Coordinates and measures quality assurance and quality control prior to project scope completion.
• Ensures work adheres to construction schedule. Identifies and resolves obstacles to ensure timely completion.
• Ensures all construction tasks and construction personnel are adhering to the company safety policy. Promotes job safety, conducts tailgate meetings, encourages safe work practices, and rectifies job site hazards immediately.
• Understands Company's projects, plans, and specifications.
• Maintains positive relationships with project owners, designers, management, and other internal personnel.
• Acts as liaison between construction personnel and management.
• Collaborates with internal team members to validate construction duration and ensure projects / tasks are progressing as scheduled.
• Maintains an organized job site.
• Monitors and tracks usage and assignment of materials and tools including maintaining the tool and material carts. Ensures construction personnel are properly supplied with tools and materials.
• Assists in creation of material lists for individual projects and inventory stock.
• Travels and works at Company's Satellite labs as necessary.
• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
