One of The Sage Group’s top clients is looking for a Creative Producer, from B2B tech ecommerce. The Client is engaged in e-commerce, cloud computing, online advertising, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.
About the Team :
The client Ads Creative Services team delivers innovative advertising solutions at global scale. We specialize in creating high-impact audio and video content that connects with audiences through compelling storytelling and premium production value. As a team of Producers, Copywriters, Video Editors, Motion Designers and Creative Directors working across 1P and 3P Audio and Video placements including client Music, Spotify Prime Video, FireTV and more, we're looking for producers who understand what it takes to make great creative work and can execute both the granular details, and the creative vision, at the highest level.
The Role :
We're seeking experienced Creative Producers (5-8+ years) who can skillfully juggle multiple types of creative projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate combines strong creative judgment with practical production experience, bringing both artistic sensibility and technical know-how to the role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple high-quality audio and video campaigns concurrently from concept to delivery
- Averaging 5-8 projects per week that range from 5-15 day SLAs.
- Ensure creative excellence across all projects while maintaining efficiency
- Coordinate effectively with internal creatives and third-party production teams
- Oversee day-to-day production logistics including voiceover casting, recording, and quality control
- Maintain efficient workflows, file organization, production schedules, and clear communications with partners
Required Qualifications :
5-8+ years hands-on line production in-house experience in creative asset production in ads or digital marketing, generalist, great with live video and audio production, with large enterprise B2B tech ecommerceDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from simple to complex, cross functionallyProven track record of delivering high-quality creative work (portfolio) must include video and audio adsStrong creative judgment and tasteLive and Post-production expertiseExceptional organizational and time management skillsOutstanding communication abilities, can present to executivesExperience with AI tools and emerging technologies in creative production, for testing / QA / trackingVideo Editing experience (Adobe Suite)Experience with global brandsProficiency in production and project management tools (smartsheet, salesforce, frame io)Audio production background (casting VO, directing talent)Experience in tech industry (nice to have)Frequently used tools and software : Salesforce, Smartsheet, Box.com, Adobe Creative Cloud, O365, ZoomThe ideal candidate will be an efficient, quality-driven producer who excels in :
