Role Description

Our ideal candidate is a family law professional who shares our passion for representing clients most in need of skilled advocacy. For this role, we will only consider applicants with a demonstrated record of mastery setting and executing strategy across complex family law matters including, but not limited to : complex assets, substance abuse, child abuse / neglect, high-conflict, mental illness, and domestic violence. We want to see a track record of clear and proactive communication, strategic flexibility as circumstances change, and stellar time management to prevent unnecessary stress on clients and the legal support team. For the right candidate, we are open to both hybrid and remote work.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop case strategy and planning with the client, obtain discovery, make disclosures, and ultimately either represent the client in mediation or present the case in court.
  • Draft pleading, motions, correspondences, and other written documents to further the case towards final resolution.
  • Conduct discovery, including depositions, property inspections, asset evaluations, medical records, child welfare reports, or other discovery tools.
  • Document time contemporaneously and ensure billing notes are accurate and meaningful for clients.
  • Supervise legal support team effectively through clear direction, ongoing feedback, supportive style, and personal accountability for final work product.
  • Be actively involved in the community and work with the Castle Law team to grow your practice and reputation.

    • Qualifications

  • Must be licensed and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar Association.
  • Significant record of successful complex litigation in Arizona family law.
  • Must be able to handle stress without negatively impacting advocacy or teamwork.

    • Pay and Benefits

    Total Compensation : $200,000 for the right candidate in the first year, with additional bonus opportunities based on performance and demonstrated value.
