Note : This is a fully commission-based position with no annual salary. We are currently seeking motivated Financial Advisors to join our team on a commission-based basis.

As a Financial Advisor, you will provide personalized financial guidance and advice to clients, helping them achieve their individual financial goals and objectives.

Responsibilities : Offer a vast array of competitive insurance and financial products designed to meet the protection and financial needs of your clients, including high-quality life insurance, fixed annuities, and long-term care insurance.

Develop and implement business and marketing plans to prospect for potential clients. Discuss financial concerns and needs of individuals, providing tailored solutions using our suite of products and services.

Prospect for potential clients and engage your community to leverage personal networks / contacts. Present potential solutions using our suite of products and services, demonstrating strong business acumen and a desire to help others.

Develop your professional skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities. Qualities we look for in our Agents : Sales experience preferred with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Desire to become registered or already registered. Strong communication skills. Desire to help others achieve their financial goals.

Strong business acumen. Perseverance in the face of challenges. Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks / contacts.
