Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following :
Develop, Implement, & Manage Early Careers Recruitment Marketing Strategies : Design and lead dynamic marketing campaigns that resonate with early career audiences.Leverage digital platforms, social media, job boards, campus events, and experiential activations to showcase client's culture, purpose, and career opportunities.Use data and insights to continuously optimize campaign performance and impact. Manage external vendors and creative partners to ensure brand consistency and measurable results.Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders : Partner with talent acquisition leaders, university relations, and business teams to align messaging and ensure a unified approach to early careers recruitment. Act as a brand ambassador and strategic advisor to internal partners.Enhance Employer Brand for Early Careers :Create and curate content that brings client's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life for students and emerging professionals. Develop storytelling assets—videos, blogs, social posts, and more—that reflect our brand voice : curious, vibrant, and human.Other Duties as Assigned :Support broader employer branding initiatives, including full-cycle recruitment support (union and non-union), hiring needs analysis, recruitment metrics tracking, talent pipeline development, stakeholder training, and event coordination.Qualifications :
Experience : 5+ years of recruitment marketing or employer branding experience, with a strong focus on early careers or campus recruitment preferred. Proven track record of driving engagement and innovation.Creative and Strategic Thinking :
Ability to craft and execute bold, brand-aligned marketing strategies that attract and inspire early career talent.Collaborative Skills : Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working cross-functionally to deliver cohesive campaigns.Data-Driven Approach : Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable improvements.Content Creation : Skilled in developing engaging content across multiple formats and platforms, including social media, digital ads, blogs, and videoJ-18808-Ljbffr
