Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – LTAC

Location : Springdale, AR

Schedule : Days | 3x12s | 13 Weeks

Start : ASAP

We are hiring experienced Travel RNs for a long-term acute care (LTAC) facility in Springdale, Arkansas . This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities :

Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and implement care plans.

Provide direct patient care and monitor patient progress.

Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and orientees.

Lead patient / family teaching and initiate discharge planning early in the admission process.

Maintain timely and accurate documentation.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and promote a positive team environment.

Ensure safe and efficient care delivery and resource use.

Assume charge nurse duties as needed.

Qualifications :

Active RN license (Arkansas or compact)

BLS / ACLS (as required)

Recent acute or LTAC experience preferred

Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills
