Role Overview The Field Service Technician will deliver on-site technical support and maintenance for pharmacy automation systems while ensuring excellent customer service and operational uptime. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and customer interaction. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding on-site customer service and resolve technical issues promptly. Maintain and repair equipment, proactively addressing potential issues. Train customers on operation and maintenance procedures. Respond to service requests within agreed SLAs. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges. Document service activities in Salesforce Field Service Lightning. Offer feedback to improve products and service processes. Work independently with minimal supervision. Requirements Education : High school diploma (Associate degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Robotics, or Biomedical Engineering preferred). Experience : 3–5 years in field service. Skills : Strong customer service orientation. Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of networking basics (router / switch configuration, file management). Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools and electrical testing equipment (digital multi-meters). SQL knowledge is a plus. Physical & Travel Requirements Average of 4 hours of car travel daily; occasional air travel. Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
