Job descriptionValid California Registered Nurse (RN) license (underline & bold) Current CPR and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients with respiratory conditions, including ventilator management and monitoring vital signs Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor patients' responses to treatments, adjusting interventions as necessary Educate families on care procedures and post-discharge care plans Document patient care accurately and adhere to hospital protocols and policies Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for young patients and their families Proven experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in a respiratory care setting Strong clinical skills in ventilator management and pediatric advanced life support Compassionate bedside manner with a focus on family-centered care Ability to work efficiently during overnight shifts and handle high-acuity cases Excellent communication and teamwork skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred) Minimum of 2 years of pediatric RN experience, with experience in respiratory therapy or ICU settings considered an asset Experience with ventilator management and pediatric respiratory care Competitive weekly stipend of $1,505 with taxable pay of $2,741.20 Opportunity to advance your pediatric specialty skills in a nationally recognized healthcare environment Supportive team and ongoing professional development programs Stable assignment with a reputable organization committed to quality pediatric care Referral bonus Medical benefits Weekly pay Dental benefits Holiday Pay Vision benefits Benefits start day 1 Life insurance Guaranteed Hours 401k retirement plan Company provided housing options
