Spy Ninjas HQ is looking for customer service superstars to join our team as Front Desk Agents and Attraction Agents ! If you’re energetic, people-focused, and love creating unforgettable guest experiences, this is your chance to turn your customer service skills into an adventure. This a part time weekend position.
Open Positions
Front Desk Agent – $14 / hour starting pay
- Welcome and check in guests, ensure waivers are completed
- Support birthday parties and special events
- Assist with bookings, phone inquiries, and guest communication
- Upsell attractions, passes, and arcade deals to maximize the guest experience
- Process retail sales and organize merchandise with creative display
- Qualifications : 18+, strong communication skills, customer service background preferred, CPR / First Aid and Sheriff / TAM card required
Attraction Agent – $14 / hour starting pay
