Curriculum Specialist

The Texas Commission on Fire Protection (TCFP) is seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our curriculum team. This role supports the development and maintenance of fire protection training content in coordination with subject matter experts.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented collaborator who excels at managing documentation, tracking workflows, and facilitating meetings.

Essential Job Functions

• Coordinate and schedule meetings with subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Record and maintain documentation related to curriculum development projects.
• Manage shared drives, files, and data logs to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
• Track task completion and communicate deadlines and updates to relevant team members.
• Support internal teams with research, formatting, and document preparation.
• Assist with the review and organization of educational content and related materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular commute to work.
