This is a full-time position, that requires the ability to work in the Meridian, Idaho office on a weekly basis.

What You Will Do

As a Graphic Designer / Marketing Campaign Strategy at Thomas Cuisine, you will be an integral part of our Marketing Team, responsible for creating impactful and visually appealing communication for both external and internal audiences.

You will be working across various media channels, including print, digital, web, illustration, video, Marketing Campaign, and photography.

Collaboration is key, and you will closely work with the Senior Director of Marketing to ensure the success of client designs.

Responsibilities :

Visual Content Creation :

• Support the sales team in ensuring all sales proposals, presentation, and deliverables are executed to the highest quality in a timely manner.
• Provide graphic design and production support for field operations management and other internal departments.
• Develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts to include unit station branding, menus, signage, and other promotional materials.
• Ensure all sales and marketing collateral is of quality and appropriately reflects our brand.

Print and Event Design :

• Design print materials, including brochures, flyers, menus, and posters, with attention to detail and creativity.
• Enhance the visual identity of client partner accounts through creative design solutions for events, trade shows, banners, signage, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across all print and event materials.

Campaign Development & Execution :

• Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive desired actions.
• Collaborate with marketing & sales to establish campaign and story objectives that funnel into content planning.

• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize strategies to maximize effectiveness.

Qualifications :

• Must provide a strong portfolio of work examples, digitally preferred.
• 2+ years working experience within a design firm or in a creative team environment.
• Associate degree in graphic arts, design, marketing or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) & Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Mailchimp.
• Premier and After Effects is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Display effective problem-solving skills and appropriate use of design programs for specific tasks.
• A keen eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Views feedback in a positive way to elevate designs and improve skill.
