Job descriptionDental insurance 401(k) with 3% company match Generous paid time off Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy across financial processes Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support Prepare financial statements and assist with month-end close activities Develop and manage budgets and forecasts Implement and enhance internal controls and accounting procedures Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy Must be fluent in both English and Spanish Experience managing accounting staff is a plus Bachelors in Accounting required Proven experience implementing process improvements Aviation industry experience is a strong plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Location : Miami, Florida - In Office (3 days in Miami, 2 days in Davie)
Salary Range : $100,000 - $110,000
