Salary : $27-$29

Job Title : Experienced CNC Setup / Operator

Pay : $27-$30 per hour (DOE)

We are seeking an Experienced CNC Setup / Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up CNC machines and operating them for production runs.

Responsibilities :

  • Set up CNC machines (mills / lathes) including tools, fixtures, and offsets.
  • Load programs and verify machine operation.
  • Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
  • Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Maintain safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years CNC setup and operating experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Proficient with measurement tools and inspection processes.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Full-time, $27-$30 / hr depending on experience.
