AOI Operator

Job Description

We are looking for an AOI Operator to join a contract manufacturing PCB company located in Lake Forest, CA. This is a temp to hire opportunity and we have 2 shifts.

1st shift - 7AM-3 : 30PM

2nd shift - 3 : 30PM-11 : 30PM

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains quality control check to assure required component images meets or exceeds IPC-A-610 / J-STD requirements
• Gives immediate feedback to Engineering if X-ray shows processes are out of control
• Cleans and Maintains the X-ray equipment
• Maintains X-ray image as Quality record
• Communicate quality issues to the QC supervisor, SMT team, Managers and Engineers as needed.
• Implement changes & improvements of existing QA procedures and Systems.
• Support engineering activities related to quality improvement of products in compliance to customer’s requirements as needed.
• Support internal quality audits and maintain documentation.
