A company is looking for a Patient Balance Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Responds to incoming calls to assist patients and resolve billing and payment issues
Processes payments, adjustments, claims, and financial applications accurately and timely
Reconciles accounts and pursues payments while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
High school diploma / GED or equivalent working knowledge
One or more years of experience in patient financial services or the insurance industry
Strong knowledge of insurance plans, deductibles, and co-insurances
Proficiency in common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
