Summary : Seeking a Construction Project Manager with extensive commercial project management experience to oversee financials, implementation, and stakeholder satisfaction for assigned projects.
Job Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years commercial project management experience
Proficient in MS Project for tracking & scheduling
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 12 months
Preferred Skills :
Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management
OSHA 30 certification (if required, provided by company)
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems
Job Responsibilities :
Manage project financials including cash flow, monthly cost / revenue forecasts, and expense monitoring
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and communicating effectively with all stakeholders
Lead project administration adhering to contract clauses and safety guidelines while navigating through various regulatory agencies' requirements
Oversee subcontractor selection and management processes ensuring compliance with communication and safety protocols
Develop detailed project schedules incorporating tasks, dependencies, and milestones
Pay Details : $38.00 to $51.00 per hour
