Position Summary :

To be successful in this role, candidates must have recruiting experience and must be computer savvy and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to triage and prioritize projects and deadlines.

Essential Job Functions :

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls, over 50 calls daily.
• Manage Auto Insurance coverage eligibility.
• Manage the internal orientation process and file for every new hire.
• Follow up with each candidate in the hiring process to encourage completion of pending HR and Safety tasks.
• When available leads are low, revisit existing and eligible pipeline candidates.
• Coordinate road tests with candidates and company personnel.
• Inquire Safety Dept to conduct drug tests in a timely manner for drivers who pass the road test.
• Manage ad posting process and tools.
• Regularly pursue and update open driver needs.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.
