Growth Strategy & Partnership Lead
Rehab United is a family-owned private practice specializing in physical therapy, massage / wellness, and fitness. We provide services to seven clinic locations across San Diego County. Our company is positioned to grow over the next couple of years, and we are looking for a highly analytical, relationship-driven, and strategically minded Growth Strategy & Partnership Lead to join our expanding team. Essential Job Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Data Analysis (Approx. 50%)
- Lead in-depth data analysis of organizational performance metrics, including referral patterns, service line utilization, and competitive positioning.
- Conduct comprehensive market intelligence research and trend forecasting within the local and national healthcare landscape.
- Develop data-backed recommendations and business cases for executive leadership related to new service lines, geographic expansion, and strategic partnerships.
- Support annual and quarterly strategic planning efforts, translating high-level objectives into measurable, data-informed action plans.
- Design and maintain analytical dashboards and reports to track performance and evaluate strategic initiatives.
Provider Relations & Partnership Development (Approx. 50%)
Cultivate and maintain high-value relationships with physicians, payors, and community referral partners to foster long-term collaboration.Serve as the primary liaison for the provider network, facilitating meetings centered on clinical outcomes, shared insights, and integrated care initiatives.Proactively identify key stakeholders and influencers to expand network density and enhance clinical integration.Document and analyze all engagement activities within the CRM system to inform outreach strategy and assess network health.Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build partnerships and gather market insights.Required Skills :
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with data modeling and visualization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex data clearly to both clinical and executive audiences.Proven relationship-building and networking skills within healthcare or similar industries.Strategic, proactive, and self-motivated mindset.High proficiency with CRM systems and business intelligence tools.Exceptional organizational and project management skills.Preferred Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in a business strategy, healthcare analytics, provider relations, or network development role.Demonstrated success using data analysis to drive strategic decisions and organizational growth.Understanding of healthcare delivery systems, payor relationships, and referral networks.Incentives / Benefits :
