We are looking for an Interconnection Analyst who will join a dynamic team to person Power Flow Studies and Commercial Analysis.
Responsibilities :
The role will have you oversee all Interconnection and Transmission studies such as feasibility, stability, Cost modeling.
market simulation, locational marginal price (LMP) analysis, renewable integration studies. You will report into the Director of Interconnection and assist with ISO relations and interconnection applications.
The ideal candidate for this role will thrive in analysis studies and be able to communicate efficiently with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1-3 Years experience in power flow studies and Transmission Analysis
- Must have worked with either PSSE, TARA or Powerworld
- Previous experience working at either; developer, IPP or Utilities
- Base Understanding on Transmission Tariffs
- Bonus is have knowledge of real-time, day-ahead and FTR / CRR markets
- Degree in relevent field (Electrical Engineering, Economics, PowerSystems
