The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee all financial aspects, including its multiple Limited Liability Companies (LLCs). The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring the organization’s financial health and sustainability while supporting its mission-driven goals. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis :
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization’s mission and goals.
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.
• Analyze financial performance and present insights to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Oversee the financial operations of the non-profit and its LLCs, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financing activities to ensure adequate liquidity and financial stability.
• Supervise accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management :
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards (GAAP for non-profits).

Oversee annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
