In this role, youll oversee multidisciplinary projects, mentor talented engineers, and collaborate directly with public agencies, municipalities, and educational institutions to deliver innovative, sustainable infrastructure solutions.

What Youll Do

• Manage multiple engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop project schedules, scopes, and budgets; track progress and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate technical staff, fostering growth through clear direction and hands-on guidance.
• Take responsible charge for quality control and ensure deliverables meet technical and regulatory standards.
• Lead design efforts in grading, drainage, accessible design, LID , hydrologic and hydraulic modeling , and public improvements .
• Navigate and apply local and state regulatory standards , ensuring full compliance.
• Drive business development initiatives by preparing proposals, lead RFP / RFQ responses, present at interviews, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage subconsultants and maintain strong, lasting client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
