Job descriptionCoordination and review of title and survey Due diligence management Facilitation and preparation of closing binders Closing preparations Abstracting contracts Preparing checklist of critical dates and contract terms Drafting contract amendments and ancillary documents Drafting acquisition / sale documents and closing statement Managing title insurance commitment Proforma and policy terms Coordinating all aspects of the transaction closing Bachelor’s degree required, Paralegal certificate preferred, or any combination of experience, Minimum of 3-5 years commercial real estate experience required, preferably in a law firm environment Significant experience with commercial real estate acquisitions, development, dispositions, financing, and diligence Effective time management with ability to multi-task and shift priorities successfully to meet necessary deadlines Ability to work under pressure Ability to successfully collaborate with teammates to accomplish assigned tasks and projects Professional demeanor with enthusiastic attitude
We are actively recruiting a qualified Commercial Real Estate Para legal for a long-time client in downtown DC. The ideal candidate will possess the following

This position will support partners and associates in all aspects of commercial real estate transaction.
