Portfolio And Program Manager

Responsible for leading and overseeing multiple strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving project planning and execution, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities to optimize outcomes. The Portfolio and Program Manager will serve as a key liaison between senior leadership and project teams, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans. Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage complex portfolios and influence stakeholders at all levels.

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance

Bachelors Degree

EIGHT (8) or more years of experience supporting federal clients

Experience supporting Federal Government agencies focused on international diplomacy and development

Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver professional services for federal clients

Experience driving business growth and managing strategic capture efforts

Experience with all aspects of project management, including managing risk and quality, budget, staffing and scope

Familiarity with federal budget cycles, procurement protocols, and reporting standards.

Experience leading projects that include information technology and financial management solutions

The annual salary range for this position is $149,000.00-$248,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
