Responsibilities

• Have a deep understanding of RMs portfolio and clients.
• Improve technical skills in deal structuring, term sheets, and complex UWs.
• Complete cash flow models, BSC forms, pricing models, scorecards, and credit approvals
• Work with Relationship Manager to review loan documents, borrower comments, and negotiations.
• Attend client and prospect calls with Relationship Managers (RM) (approximately 50% of time spent), support meeting preparation, and coordinate timeline, meetings, and actions to execute and close deals.
• Research and generate prospect opportunities.
• Accurately log all activity in applicable Texas Capital systems (Salesforce, Alloscape, etc.) and utilize sales tools to develop call planning strategies.
• Mentor first year analysts, interns, and STARs.
