Job Title : Collections Specialist (Contract - 2-3 Months)

Location : Fort Myers, FL

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Compensation : $22-$25 / Hr

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and execute the collections process on outstanding accounts.
• Contact customers via phone and email to secure payment and resolve past-due balances.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of collection efforts in company systems.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and ensure timely reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining firm and professional collection practices.
