Remote Client Accounting Lead

A company is looking for a Remote Client Accounting Lead (Part Time).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end bookkeeping and finance processes for 10-20 clients, including invoicing, payroll, and monthly close

Collaborate with the support team to schedule, delegate tasks, review work, and provide coaching

Act as the primary client contact, addressing inquiries and suggesting process improvements

Required Qualifications

5+ years of multi-client cloud accounting experience, including payroll and monthly close

Strong knowledge of accrual accounting processes and experience with audit-ready schedules

Higher education accounting degree; CPA firm experience is a plus

3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online, BILL, Gusto, etc

Proven coaching skills and a desire to mentor junior staff
