```Duties```
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with patient assessments and evaluations
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Use applied behavior analysis techniques to teach and reinforce appropriate behaviors
- Assist with the development and implementation of behavior support plans
- Help clients develop daily living skills, social skills, and communication skills
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferredKnowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniquesAbility to follow behavior intervention plans and treatment protocolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent data collection and documentation skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamWillingness to learn and implement new strategies and techniquesReliable transportation to travel to client locationsPlease note that this position requires working directly with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. Experience in this field is preferred, but we are willing to provide training for individuals who demonstrate a passion for working in this area.
Job Type : Part-time / Full-time
Pay : $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours : 10 – 25 per week
