Adjunct Music Professor
Job Responsibilities
Provides instruction to students enrolled in MUS : Music Appreciation. This is an in-person position that will be required to teach classes at multiple campuses and off-campus sites, including high schools.
Duties include conducting appropriate learning activities, maintaining effective instruction management, participating in all required orientations, meetings, and trainings, as well as Student Learning Outcomes assessment.
Midlands Technical College is dedicated to providing excellent service to its students, employees, and the community.
This position is located across all Midlands Technical College campuses and some high schools.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Master of Arts in Music; or Master of Arts plus 18 hours in Music.
Preferred Qualifications
Past experience in teaching basic college Music courses, especially in the community college setting, is preferred.
