Office Assistant | $20 / hour |MON-FRI 9 : 0 0 am to 4 pm | Temp to Hire | Omaha, NE | Onsite

What Matters Most :
  • $20 hour
  • Monday- Friday, 30 hours per week
  • Benefits in a Card : 3 medical plans, dental and vision

  • Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card.
  • Job D uties :

    • Open and close the office daily
    • Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately.
    • Answer and route incoming phone calls; respond independently when possible.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
    • Manage check pickups and key card checkouts in alignment with office procedures.
    • Oversee office supply inventory and place orders
    • Restock company beverages, snacks, etc.
    • Maintain company phone directory and update voicemail / phone system as needed.
    • Ensure office spaces are clean, stocked, and organized.
    • Provide administrative support for staff members
    • Requirements :

    • 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
    • Professional demeanor with discretion when handling confidential information.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with office phone systems; familiarity with social media platforms a plus.

      In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the pay range for this position is $20.00, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth
