Sales Development Representative
Remote (Full-Time, Monthly Basis) We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team! This is a remote, full-time role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record in both inbound and outbound sales.
You'll be responsible for engaging prospects, managing leads, and closing deals playing a vital role in growing our customer base and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities :
Outbound Prospecting : Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
Inbound Lead Handling : Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
Sales Conversations : Speak with decision-makers to uncover needs and present tailored solutions.
Lead Management : Update and track all lead activity using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
Follow-Up & Nurturing : Maintain ongoing communication to build trust and guide leads toward a decision.
Closing Deals : Confidently handle objections and close small to mid-sized sales opportunities.
Reporting : Document outreach and provide regular performance updates.
