Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, customer service, and staff management.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Managing inventory and controlling food and beverage costs.
- Supervising and training staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborating with the management team to achieve business goals.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role.Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and operations.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to manage budgets and control costs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is a plus.
