Role Overview

As a Professional Engineer / Project Manager for Site Development, you will be responsible for managing a variety of projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop project work plans and scopes of work.
• Oversee project schedules and monitor progress.
• Prepare fee proposals, manage budgets, and handle invoicing.
• Design roadway, grading, drainage, water, and sewer plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Produce technical memoranda, plans, specifications, and reports.
• Ensure quality assurance on project deliverables.
• Handle permitting processes and prepare supporting calculations.
• Develop construction cost estimates and manage project stages from due diligence to bidding.
• Manage private client development and redevelopment projects.
• Collaborate with other practice leaders on multidisciplinary pursuits.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and teams.
• Provide technical reports and presentations.
• Supervise construction observation and coordinate with contractors.
• Optimize staff deployment for productivity and profitability.
• Conduct regular project meetings to align resources and needs.
