Project Manager
My client is a reputable, General Contractor in the Greater Kansas City area. Founded 55+ years ago, they specialize in the commercial, K-12, public, healthcare, and multi-family spaces. Due to growth in the pipeline, they are looking to bring on an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join the team. This individual will be essential to their work / projects and long-term growth of the organization!
Job Description
Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align goals and expectations. Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and future collaboration.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have : a strong background in construction management within the business services industry. Proven ability to lead projects effectively and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards. The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
