Johnson Service Corps is a diverse, ecumenical community of young adults ages 21 to 28 dedicated to service and justice in Durham, NC.
The year starts mid-August and goes through June; it is steeped in volunteer service, professional development, vocational discernment, justice training, intentional community living, and spiritual formation.
You volunteer 32 hours a week at various nonprofit organizations throughout the Triangle area. In addition, we provide housing, a shared grocery budget, group counseling, spiritual retreats, health insurance, mentorship, a monthly stipend ($ / a month), and a completion bonus ($ at the end of the program year).
