Floor Manager

Chez Nous, a new French brasserie at The Marlton Hotel, is looking for a dynamic, experienced Floor Manager to join our team of professionals. We are looking for candidates that are highly interested in hospitality, and have a great sense of pride in providing quality guest experiences as well as being a part of a team of happy and gratified staff. The Role :

The primary role of the Floor Manager of the restaurant will be to lead the staff in providing quality service to guests, and to ensure a positive and safe working environment. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, is passionate about hospitality, and has the ability to manage all aspects of restaurant operations.

Primary Responsibilities and Goals :

• Work with the General Manager to Train FOH staff
• Respond to guest issues and complaints in a timely manner
• Ensure quality service and a comfortable working environment
