A company is looking for an Outreach Specialist to engage clients and drive program participation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and referral sources, conducting consultations to understand needs and convert inquiries into referrals or enrollments
Analyze client feedback to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams on lead strategies and market expansion initiatives
Provide case management support and ensure a consistent customer-first mindset across all interactions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred; substantial relevant experience may substitute for formal education
Proven experience in customer engagement, relationship management, or sales focused on customer experience
Background in case management with the ability to address complex client needs
Experience in high-volume customer service environments is desirable
Familiarity with Financial Management Services or self-direction programs is a plus
