Procurement Specialist

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist responsible for receiving and interpreting RFQs from regional sales teams, using SAP and internal tools to estimate costs and lead times, preparing and communicating accurate quotes, and ensuring timely coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Procurement for quick turnaround and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Utilize SAP and other internal quoting software (training provided) to manage and process requests.
• Receive and interpret RFQs from regional sales teams to determine product and pricing requirements.
• Apply product knowledge and internal tools to accurately estimate costs and lead times for requested parts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver completed quotes and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Record and route finalized quote information to the Operations and Procurement teams for order fulfillment.
• Maintain a high level of service by ensuring prompt, accurate responses and quick turnaround times for all RFQ tasks.

Qualifications :
