Strong team management and client-facing experience are required in the current position.
The role requires extensive experience with Cisco and Juniper equipment, SD-WAN technologies, and strong client management skills. They will manage programs comprising of CIS & DOP engaging with multiple vendors, customers / stakeholders, and / or suppliers across multiple geos / regions .
Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in technology project and program management, with at least 5 years of experience specifically in managing ITIL-based network operations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale packaged application projects within India, ideally in sectors such as retail or financial services.
- Excellent understanding of industry-standard managing network operations, particularly with Cisco and Juniper devices for telecom enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated expertise in two or more technologies among CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent for Cisco, and JNCIA, JNCIP, or equivalent for Juniper. and awareness of cutting-edge trends relevant to name the domain or respective service line
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex network operations, including the oversight of Cisco and Juniper devices, ITIL practices in managing network operations. Proficiency in risk management and financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, along with a solid understanding of the IT landscape and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, clients and cross-functional teams in a matrix set-up.
- Proficient in one or more processes – ITIL, Waterfall and Agile and / or SAFe, with necessary certifications (ITIL / Agile / PRINCE 2 / PMI) and also certified in PgMP or PMP.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
