Senior Systems Analyst

Responsibilities :

As a Sr. Systems Analyst, you will :

• Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative team environment to achieve project goals.
• Data Management : Oversee data architecture, design, modeling, implementation, and maintenance of solutions in the clinical data ecosystem.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Performance Optimization : Ensure optimal performance, data integrity, and alignment with industry standards.
• Modeling : Lead the design and development of dimensional data models, implementing best practices in data modeling to support business intelligence and reporting.
• ETL Processes : Interpret and write source-to-target mappings (ETL transformation rules) for ETL development.
• Governance : Manage metadata and data governance processes.
• Communication : Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
