Rowland Pest Management in Casselberry, FL is looking to hire a full-time Outside Sales Representative - Pest Control Rep to speak to potential customers and sell our services. The pay range for this position is unlimited due to commission . As a sales rep, you shouldn't make less than $50,000 / year as most reps earn over $60,000 / year which is considered to be on track. We focus on getting reps to make around $100,000+ / year ! We also provide great benefits , including  401k with a 5% match , paid time off (PTO), and paid training. As an Outside Sales Representative - Pest Control Rep, you play an important role in keeping our company profitable and successful. You make calls or visits to potential clients and close sales for our services. This includes performing inspections of the property and seeing how we can truly help each client. Your friendly and optimistic attitude shows as you interact with each person you come across and answer their questions or find solutions to their concerns. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - PEST CONTROL REP

• Sales experience
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
