Position Summary
The Legal Intake Operations Specialist (Client Intake Specialist) is an essential member of the Ellis Porter (EP) team, helping deliver a remarkable immigration experience to our clients worldwide. With strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented approach, you will ensure every client interaction reflects EP's commitment to clarity and exceptional service. This position requires managing a high volume of prospective client data with accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. The role is structured and fast-paced, involving systematic work, adaptation to evolving processes, and consistent performance across multiple case types and attorney teams. Success in this role depends on precise execution, strong organization, and a positive, collaborative attitude.
