Senior Design Engineer - SMTT
Location : Schaumburg, IL (onsite to start, transitioning to 2 days WFH / 3 days onsite)
Summary :
Join a dynamic team as a Senior Design Engineer focused on leading program-level designs and prototype fabrications for innovative complex enclosure solutions.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in General or Mechanical Engineering; Master's preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of product development experience in a manufacturing setting
- Proven experience with sheet metal, and familiarity with composite materials preferred
- Strong proficiency with CREO / Windchill (at least 5 years), or comparable 3D CAD systems
- Physical capability to perform regular lifting up to 15 pounds
- Willingness to work onsite initially, with a transition to a blend of in-office and remote work
