Executive - Strategic Initiatives is an execution-focused leader leading several enterprise-wide strategy programs. This role is critical to shaping our long-term strategy, driving transformation, and ensuring operational excellence across our portfolio, globally.

Strategy engagements include :
Strategic Planning & Execution : Identify specific goals to achieve long term vision set by sr leadership. Develop and lead 5-year strategic roadmap aligned with corporate goals and innovation priorities. Partner with senior leadership to identify and execute high-impact initiatives across product development, digital transformation, and care delivery. Facilitate strategic forums and ensure alignment with annual budgets and long-term value creation targets.
Support BD Strategy : Support prioritization, evaluation and due diligence. Collaborate with BD on pipeline development.
Function Operations : Lead operations for Strategy Department. Perform Chief of Staff function to CSO. Support ad-hoc support.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $252,000.00-$378,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI).
