Massachusetts Staff Accountant

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant responsible for financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare accurate financial reports and maintain the general ledger

Perform month-end closings and reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts

Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant tax laws while supporting audit functions

Qualifications :

BS or BA in Accounting is required

At least 3 years of accounting experience

Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyze data

Proficiency in MS Excel, Windows, and Word
