Job Description

The role involves conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing training to parents and caregivers. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will also be responsible for supervising and training behavior technicians, collecting and analyzing data on client progress, and ensuring that all interventions are evidence-based and individualized to meet each client's needs.
