Salary : $90,000 - $115,000 (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and trusts.
Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services to clients throughout the year.
Collaborate closely with managers and partners, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables.
Research and analyze complex tax issues, communicating solutions effectively to clients and internal teams.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness.
Contribute to process improvements and the continued growth of the firm.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Qualifications
CPA license required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master's in Taxation is a plus.
3-5 years of recent public accounting experience with a strong emphasis in tax.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in tax software (e.g., ProSystem fx, UltraTax, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
