7.Able to specify and playback requirements clearly.
8.Wider experience of payroll processes from a business context.

1.Provide support to live implementations/upgrades.
2.Conduct workshops and advise the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution.
3.Configure the system to match the business requirements and system design.
4.Create workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
5.Provide guidance to the client on best practices for the successful delivery of the chosen solution.
6.Build trusted relationships with the client and manage expectations on delivery within scope.
7.Transfer product knowledge to the client via knowledge transfer sessions.
8.Further develop our offerings and methodologies.
9.Provide training and coaching.
Assist in pre-sales activities via demos and offer expert advice regarding best practices.
